Go to the privcam settings, then click on the 'PayPlume' tab.

After clicking the 'Connect PayPlume' button, a new tab will open where you can log in to your active PayPlume account or register for one.

If you do not have a PayPlume account yet, please register. It is important that you provide exactly the same information that you provided when registering on PrivCam – the same first and last name, as stated on your ID.

When registering with PayPlume, you must also provide your phone number, date of birth, and home address.

Once you have filled in all the details, your PayPlume account payment address will be displayed.

Your payout address is automatically added to your PrivCam account.

You can also find your address in your PayPlume account.

Once you have successfully linked your PayPlume account to your PrivCam account, go to the “Withdrawal Request” tab and click 'Create New Withdrawal Request'.

Enter the amount and click 'Request withdrawal'.
NOTE: The minimum withdrawal amount is PLN 500.00.

Your order will be placed in the table and will await approval by PrivCam.

Once approved by PrivCam, the order status will be updated.

The withdrawal will instantly be transferred to your PayPlume account, from which you can transfer funds to your bank account.

Please note. The name on your PrivCam and PayPlume accounts must be identical.

In case of discrepancies, the payment will be automatically rejected.
